The Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation

The Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation.

The Code is in force since 01.07.2002 Article 18 of the Code contains provisions establishing penalties for violation of rules for crossing the state border; rules of entry (passage) into the border zone; temporary stay; movement of persons and (or) vehicles in the border zone; for violation by a foreign citizen or a stateless person of the rules of entry into the Russian Federation or the regime for staying (residence) in the Russian Federation; for violation by foreign citizens and stateless persons of rules of stay in the Russian Federation; for violation of immigration rules.
